They regularly left the place a mess with work items, and they didn't replace items before leaving the job. They left the place a mess. Despite multiple requests, and they're saying they would clean, each day, and also at the end of the job they failed to clean, be respectful -- leaving the ground contaminated, the grounds looking ugly, and this tenant disappointed. They should know they are selling a service not just paint.
