When I went to their office to add stuff to my insurance, no one wanted to assist me in doing this. They kept saying that their computers were down. One woman after about ten minutes of waiting finally asked me why I was there, and then she told me that she couldn't help. After she said this, and I quote word for word, "Bring your butt back in here once the ring is finished." Crazy, no one would speak to a person like that ever. I look very young, so I took what she said as age discrimination. I would not trust them with my car insurance!

I bought a condo in Florida and a couple months later a pipe started leaking inside a wall and caused damage to the kitchen and surrounding areas. The entire condo required repiping and repair. After providing everything they asked for and several "inspections " and various companies they sent out, after calling them regularly about the claim because their communication was AWFUL, after a month of no response and the mold accumulatin growing by the day from them dragging their feet, they DENIED the claim!! They said it had been vacant for more than 30 days! I had just bought the freaking place and had just renovated it and was in the process of moving in when the pipes burst!!! What a crock of bull!! This place will FIND ANY EXCUSE to deny your claim. Do not purchase this insurance, in fact stay away from anything to do with buying anything in Florida!! It's all a scam from beginning to end.

Some of our neighbors received payment in full and others not. All submitted claims with HO 6 policies for the same claim amount but frontline paid in significantly different amounts. Frontline claim adjuster did not communicate or justify his position with the inconsistencies. I switched provider. I would not recommend Frontline.

The expensive software only gets more expensive as you go on in the program as they try to upsell from the get go. They almost always claim that you just need access to this one more tool and a super rate. Then you will be a successful trader. The software does have some interesting information and the people that help you are pretty knowledgeable and professional. Their claims to be able to predict the market were totally exaugurated. We did nearly every thing they told us to do for months and our returns were minimal to none. Buyers beware.

Visa will not allow you dispute once you have signed the dotted line.

This actually caused our closing to be changed from a Wednesday to a Friday when my wife and realtor were sitting at the title company for closing and Seth had to call to say the loan wire would not be funded, causing us to return on Monday. From day one, Seth told my wife and Realtor there would be no problems and she was approved. Seth claimed to talk to his supervisor when pressured to close, but still could not get the deal done on time. The underwriting team is also horrible, once again documents were not reviewed and with each item submitted they asked for something new. In the end they would not allow over $100,000 of documented income, shown on paystubs to be used. Please we highly recommend you use another company for your mortgage, as not to go through the stress and pressure that we were placed under.
