What we didn't expect was how attentive and how he took his time to show us the apartment and building. Previous brokers/realtors would show us a spot for 10min and rush us out and collect a huge fee. But Frank was patient with all our questions and gave us tips about the neighborhood too. Having experienced several "dream" listings suddenly going into contract within 24 hours of being posted, I was a little desperate and decided, on a complete whim, to pick up the phone and call the number on the website to try to get to the front of the line. Turned out to be my lucky day -- Lynn picked up and I asked her about the listing on StreetEasy and another I had seen on the site. As expected, both of those were either gone or already in contract, but she asked me what I was looking for, asked me some questions, and told me about an off-market listing that she was planning on posting the following day. She and her colleague Lee ended up letting me see the space the SAME afternoon (literally 30 minutes after the phone call). Lee was absolutely wonderful to work with. He gave me a detailed tour and was warm, kind, helpful, and professional, taking care to show me his license even though I didn't ask. He took the time to answer all my questions and let me apply first to the spot. I signed the lease the next day. All in all, it was a seamless process, with excellent communication throughout.
