If you haven't tried axe throwing yet, you should! It's fun and it can be very competitive. This place is indoors, so all-year-round fun! This place is fairly new. It was an old video store before behind Holiday gas station. I've done axe throwing before in the east coast and this place is much more affordable. You pay per lane, per hour. We ended up using two lanes for a party of 6. Two lane is required for 5-8 guests. If you have friends who don't want to risk it with an axe, they have some games in the sitting area like jenga, giant jenga and giant connect four. The staff is very laid back. They give instructions and for the newbies, they watch to see if you're throwing it right so you can stick the axe to the board. Then, once all practice throws are done, the game begins! They offer different games so that your group can enjoy a little axe throwing competition. They have small chalkboard to keep score, so get your game face ready. It's definitely a fun activity to do with a group of people, competitive or not. Although, they do have leagues, for you hungry competitors. So give it a throw! I know I will again! Very fun experience! Reserved a time and paid on their website about a week beforehand. I received an email reminder the day of, which was a nice touch. My wife and I had always wanted to try axe throwing and we were not disappointed. After a couple minutes of instruction we were set loose on our own. We were warned that we may have to have share the 2 targets we were using with another couple but that didn't happen. It was a fun way to have date night and we will return and bring our friends! read more

We've been to other locations down south, but this place had a unique, Alaskan feel. The staff member, Ben, was informative and encouraging. It was great to chat with him about local business and we felt safe gathering there as everyone was spread out, and there were plenty of hand sanitizer stations. Mishka, the pup, was an added bonus! Had so much fun here last night! Staff are so friendly and helpful. From giving us pointers and showing us how to play certain games, it was a great time! We were all brand new to axe throwing and, although it was fun, there was a lot of frustration because of that. The young lady who was supposedly working was spending her time playing with some other teams. Even when asked directly for help, she only told us that we probably didn't have enough arm strength. My husband had a wonderful time!! The instructors were wonderful! They gave us basic instructions and then let us have fun. There was a wonderful food truck outside and the tacos were great! There are books with games you can play which are great fun after you get the hang of the axe throwing. After we had played for a while the instructors came back around and showed us some 'trick shots'. You can bring in your own food and non-alcoholics beverages. We will definitely be back! read more
