But the one adult with what seems like 17 children next to us taking up 2 full lanes, and half of our lane, somewhat ruin the experience for me. I will say everything in this building is original. I don't think that anything has been upgraded other than the employees and I upgraded. I mean it's just new people working here. It seems to be a trend across all bowling establishments in the Anchorage area. I know that they didn't buy a bowling rink to get rich but they have definitely gotten their moneys worth out of the buildings. It's time to sell or time to upgrade What I mean by this is you had four lines that were completely unusable and blocked I'm pretty sure that the lanes them selves are somewhat concave from the mount of you from balls incorrectly down the lane. The scoreboard is so old school that you can't even put your name into it . I'm going to stop here as I have not much more to say other than if you want an inexpensive bowling for me to go but unfortunately I have put more effort force in this review than the owner has been cleaning up the building .

We didn't eat so I can't speak to the food, but the bartenders were great and attentive and made for a good experience. Good place to kind of chat and be left alone if you don't need anything. Definitely nothing special or fancy, but pretty classic Alaska bar and would go back. Also decent patio situation if you want some fresh air.

Tight security who are welcoming and respectful. Large bar area with a few local tap options. Mounted TV's, pool tables, popcorn machine, high top tables and booths. They also have a cute outdoor patio area. They have jukebox karaoke weekly. Beer is allowed in the bowling alley now, so watch out for servers behind you, running those orders out. Would love to see live music in this space. Usually the music is better in the bowling alley.

The pins kept on getting kicked into the lane, the reset button would not work properly, and we didn't even finish a whole game in the two hours and 30 minutes that we were there... Meanwhile, our friends on the other lane got through almost 2 full games. Every time that we went up to the register to ask them to reset it they seemed annoyed and what kind of scarf and I finally asked for a refund for all of us because that was an expensive night to not get to play more than one game and honestly, I was not having Fun. I will go back, simply to use the gift certificates that were given to us. But otherwise, I am very upset with this experience and the way that it was handled throughout the night, there were plenty of open lanes that we could have been switched to.

It's wildly stimulating, with sounds, kids and bright lights everywhere. They're definitely different from when I was a kid. If you haven't been in the past decade, there's no animatronics fixed to a stage but there is still music and life size Chuck E. Roaming around. My daughter liked the games because she's three. There was a good mix of games for little kids, rides and an assortment for larger kids or adults. We got the tokens loaded onto a card instead of a timed card so it'll be a few returns before we max it out. The price wasn't all that bad. Despite the conspiracy theories about mismatched leftover pizza slices they actually appear to come out fresh from one whole pizza. The pizza itself was alright. By no means bad but used to be a lot better. The ranch tastes mid but the same as other locations in the lower 48. As far as service it was 50/50. Some of the people working do not care and are not very friendly but the young lady behind the register was super. It did take 35 minutes to get pizza from the time we ordered until the buzzer went off. The fries are not my type but they're a safe food for my baby's allergies. They appeared baked instead of fried. Overall not a bad experience but not as great as it once was but maybe I'm just getting old and times are changing.

Visited CEC for the first time in a few years…read more I immediately noticed how minimalist it's become and I like it. Definitely a cleaner vibe. I like how you use the cards/machines for games. I imagine lines get long during peak hours. Luckily we were there at opening. Most games were brand new and easy to use for my toddler. They even have a little jumping area that will require you to visit the front desk for non-slip socks. Plenty of seating up and downstairs, the booths look new and updated. I unfortunately cannot comment on the food this review but CEC usually has very decent pizza, wings, and salad. Next time! Those bathrooms are still gag worthy though. I want to say the flooring right before the bathroom was completely soaked through. As someone with sensory issues I was mortified to feel the squish under my feet. All staff encountered were welcoming and helpful.
