Everything is micro managed and if you don't suck up to them they make your time there miserable. If you go there for anything and you are injected with contrast be very careful there is no doctor on site if you have a reaction and if bad enough will be dead by the time EMS arrives. The techs are to decide which exam to do regardless of what the ordering doctor has ordered. Most places leave this up to the radiologist. I am not saying go there or don't go there but it's the patients right to know what they are walking into.

We do our level best to stay on top of accounts, but if billing is done by a third party and you have thousands of accounts it can be difficult. If you aren't getting the answers you want, and escalating to a supervisor doesn't help, I recommend a three way call to your provider with your insurance provider on the line. Especially if your provider is an in-network provider! That usually results in more clarity all around.
