So I didn't realize I had to go to the lab across the hall before turning in my form. She then had to raise her voice slightly and it really didn't sit well with me. I work in customer service and it really makes a difference when you talk to a worker who's respectful and nice to you. Every other point of contact at this place (receptionist who checked me in, doctor, nurse, the lab workers across the hall) were very professional except for her. When all I asked for was a referral- I did all the research myself. Not only did I feel like my care was dismissed but I was neglected and billed extra after messaging in the portal which I was not informed about.

Our most recent encounter was tonight when my toddler needed staples from a (boy injury) on his head. Dr. Jessica was so amazing. She ushered us in a room And was so good with my 3 year old. (He did better for the staples than the vitals lol) They are always so quick and so helpful with wonderful bedside manner.
