The facility is beautiful inside and out. I have not had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen after getting check in as soon as I walk in. They are a little flexible with their appointments - I was scheduled to work one day I had an early appointment set && they had no problem changing my appointment to later in the day. So convenient. (Mind you, they do have a fee for cancelation within 24hours OR no shows, so idk if they always approve the switches on such short notice.) I sat in the chair and got a free rub up and put my name in a drawing for a free massage and my name was picked (Holla!). I made an appointment with the masseuse that was at the fair and extended the massage by a half hour. First time here, so I was impressed by what I saw. There was a physical therapy room with a bunch of workout stuff The check-in area, though small, was clean and had fresh fruit and water. Receptionist was nice and affable. I do not remember golden hand's name but it started with a "Ch". He works here and at the Hotel Captain Cook. I think I will visit here or there again because it was the best massage I've ever had. After I went home I felt high, like ya-know, and really good. Lots of water that evening. So, what is it that I liked about this place? It has a bit of everything, and all the staff seemed professional and courteous. I filled out a questionnaire and discussed body stuff with a clinician before I got the massage. After the massage I was on my way out and I was met by the masseuse with a glass of water. The visit from beginning to end was great and I would recommend. If I needed physical therapy I think I would be happy to come here for help.
