Hidden gem here! So much untapped potential. Staff and race director are very friendly and accommodating. Raceway holds multiple categories of races and drag events. Fun venue for families and race enthusiasts alike! Souvenir shop, snack bar, and bar on site. read more

My boys loved watching all the cars on the track and one of the race attendants was so great with them! He answered all their questions and told us about upcoming events. read more

Alaska Raceway Park is a motorsports complex established in 1964, conducting races from Mother's Day to Labor Day. It is the only IHRA and NASCAR sanctioned complex in the state of Alaska, with a 1/4-mile drag strip and 1/3-mile paved oval. Nearby 6,398-foot Pioneer Peak looms over the finish line, providing a scenic racing venue recognized worldwide among race fans. The track sits at an elevation of 63 feet above sea level, offering excellent air pressure for racing.
