The flank cut was tasty but too chewy and the beef rib was too red for me. The meats tasted good, but the meat sauce they give you makes them better (oil, onions, peppers and herbs). If you like your meat pink which for me is usually medium you should definitely order medium-well because their medium is pretty red.
