He began his diagnostics and eventually found the issue, which was not one of the common ones for dryers to stop working. Unfortunately, my experience was not as good as others who have reported…read more Although very quick to respond to my call for service, I found Superior Appliance to be very inadequate to properly repair Maytag washers; surprisingly, they are Maytag's recommended repair service. The technician repaired my machine quickly, but apparently poorly, as the part that he replaced (at 3x the part cost from Maytag) failed again in 90 days. After replacing this part for second time and adding another repair part (for additional cost), this second-time replacement part failed again with 45 days. Having spent almost the cost of a new machine just in repair parts and installation, I finally called it quits and bought a non-Maytag machine. I doubt that I will ever call upon Superior Appliance again for any appliance repair (my tough luck, I guess, for choosing them at Maytag's recommendation).

Norm (the owner) called me back within 5 minutes of me leaving a message on their machine. A quick call back is very rare, having a friendly person call you back is even more rare! Norm's employee, David came out today, he was also very nice and professional. He was friendly to my curious dogs too! David was honest and told me the dishwasher wasn't worth repairing since the cost for the part cost almost as much as a new dishwasher. Bergerons doesn't sell appliances, but David gave me a couple of really helpful tips for buying a new dishwasher. I put his good advise to use tonight and purchased a new one. *If they sold appliances, I would absolutely purchase from them* After two years of using Bergerons, I'm happy to say that the great service, and honesty is still very much part of their work. BEWARE OF USING MARIO'S RECONDITIONED APPLIANCES INC…read more I'm thankful i always hangout near the oven when using it. Our oven was recently serviced yesterday by Mario's Reconditioned Appliance Inc because the ignitor died on it. So we used it last night for dinner and noticed an odd smell, we chalked it up to must be from the new part. As I'm using the oven today I'm like no something is definitely burning. Sure enough i open the broiler and boom there's a melted power tester, batteries and all just sitting there. An obvious fire hazard. My step father then calls them telling them this and here is the response from the 'owner' (person claimed to be owner using ' just in case it's not). "What would you like me to do? I'm the owner and I did the job, do you want me to fire myself?" Then the 'owner' proceeded to joke " Would you like me to cook you dinner?" Then even went so far as to joke "You think you're upset, I just lost a $150 tool." Those who don't know what a power tester is, it's a cheap small tool that beeps/flashes of there's power in something you touch it to, it costs about $20 for most higher quality types. Including pictures of the melted one and one that's pretty spot on from Walmart for $6 (if I'm able to include pictures). Disgusting how people can make so light of endangering an entire household. What if it was my grandfather starting that oven and then going back to his room? Sure i caught it before the was a fire, but what if I didn't, how funny would they find that then? People make me sick. Those were very unprofessional responses.

I have only used the project functionality once before but ended up using someone else. My normal repair go-to did not pick up the phone so I thought why not? They literally responded in under a minute. What's that saying the early bird catches the worm? Normally, I check out the business and see how many reviews they have do a little research but I was in a hurry so I asked how much and when they could come for a refrigerator repair. They said they could come the same day, And the price was right comparatively. (Diagnostic fee is 95$ which will go towards the repair cost.) There was some back-and-forth about when they could come and we decided on the next day. Adam showed up on time, was very polite and fixed our issue! Our Refrigerator had a lot of condensation and it turns out the fan was not working. He could've just said we needed a new fan and charged us for it, but he went beyond that and went through the back panel and noticed there was something unplugged and then the fan started working in our refrigerator is working great! I have so much respect for honesty and integrity. I highly recommend using their service I believe from the other reviews that they are a new service and they deserve all the new business!
