Excellent! When I called about a dryer problem, Norm promptly answered the phone himself and cheerfully agreed to come that same day -- in fact, he arrived within a few hours. We had a problem with water leaking in our fridge for about a month... Looked up common problems online and after trying a few things nothing was working. We called and Norm was able to come out and fixed the problem. Not only fixing it but also explaining what it was. He even took a quick look at an old washing machine and let us know it's a good model and we shouldn't have too many problems with it. Only regret was not calling him a month ago. He fixed my washer in the same day I called. The next time he was able to troubleshoot and reset my fridge and he warned me it would only last for so long.
