Norm's employee, David came out today, he was also very nice and professional. He was friendly to my curious dogs too! David was honest and told me the dishwasher wasn't worth repairing since the cost for the part cost almost as much as a new dishwasher. Bergerons doesn't sell appliances, but David gave me a couple of really helpful tips for buying a new dishwasher. I put his good advise to use tonight and purchased a new one. *If they sold appliances, I would absolutely purchase from them* After two years of using Bergerons, I'm happy to say that the great service, and honesty is still very much part of their work. He quickly assessed that the drain pump was not functioning correctly. He gave me a honest quote, and he asked if I wanted to make the repair. After discussing with my wife, we agreed to get the washer repaired. He had the part with him and got to work to replace the part. In addition to making the repair well, he spent time to check that the washer worked after replacing the part and that it did not leak before closing the washer up. He then moved back the washer in place even though I am the one who moved the washer in the first place. He gave me a 1-year warranty on the repair as he used a genuine LG part. He was professional and courteous. I would definitely call Home Pro Appliance again for any appliance problem.

Pavel picked up on the first call and just happened to be in the area, and was able to stop by. He began his diagnostics and eventually found the issue, which was not one of the common ones for dryers to stop working. Unfortunately, my experience was not as good as others who have reported…read more Although very quick to respond to my call for service, I found Superior Appliance to be very inadequate to properly repair Maytag washers; surprisingly, they are Maytag's recommended repair service. The technician repaired my machine quickly, but apparently poorly, as the part that he replaced (at 3x the part cost from Maytag) failed again in 90 days. After replacing this part for second time and adding another repair part (for additional cost), this second-time replacement part failed again with 45 days. Having spent almost the cost of a new machine just in repair parts and installation, I finally called it quits and bought a non-Maytag machine. I doubt that I will ever call upon Superior Appliance again for any appliance repair (my tough luck, I guess, for choosing them at Maytag's recommendation).

I asked him to text me a repair quote that evening so I could share it with my spouse. That quote never came. I texted him on Tuesday and got no reply. I called on Wednesday but it's a "virtual phone assistant" and there's no way to talk to a real person. I texted again that same Wednesday and still did not get a response. Eventually I called a different company to come do the repair.
