I have only used the project functionality once before but ended up using someone else. My normal repair go-to did not pick up the phone so I thought why not? They literally responded in under a minute. What's that saying the early bird catches the worm? Normally, I check out the business and see how many reviews they have do a little research but I was in a hurry so I asked how much and when they could come for a refrigerator repair. They said they could come the same day, And the price was right comparatively. (Diagnostic fee is 95$ which will go towards the repair cost.) There was some back-and-forth about when they could come and we decided on the next day. Adam showed up on time, was very polite and fixed our issue! Our Refrigerator had a lot of condensation and it turns out the fan was not working. He could've just said we needed a new fan and charged us for it, but he went beyond that and went through the back panel and noticed there was something unplugged and then the fan started working in our refrigerator is working great! I have so much respect for honesty and integrity. I highly recommend using their service I believe from the other reviews that they are a new service and they deserve all the new business! Fast response and provided solid options to resolve the situation in the most cost effective way

I had a problem with my washer not taking in water. A very nice technician came over and checked the machine. He did not do any repair on it but the machine worked for a few minutes but then stopped. He said we needed a new part and that they will get back to us. After a few days of not hearing from them and chasing after them they checked and said that the part is not available and that they cannot fix the machine. A quick query on chatgpt and it immediately identified the problem and said that the part is available for purchase. At the end we paid for the visit but it did not fix our problem. read more
