Then I called again about a engine oil leak (they had told me was a no rush about 2 months ago) that now needed attention and again no call back - FAIL - so that took it down to a one star. Now I will go elsewhere for my auto needs and I will not change the one star rating. So just know yes they do a pretty good job IF they call you back!

I had the Durango towed in for my scheduled appointment yet my SUV sat for days before any looked at it. Eventually I was told that I needed a rotor and cap plus new spark plugs. $477 later and the SUV was still not running properly. After arguing with the mechanic he agreed to look at the Durango again, this time he informed me of the loose battery connections (which existed when he first looked at the vehicle) which he failed to notify me of in the beginning, and started listing numerous things wrong with my vehicle that he found the 1st time he looked at it. During this 2nd trip to the shop the mechanic was digging through the personal property in the back of my Durango. Guess he should have paid more attention to his surroundings! In short if you value your vehicle, privacy, and property STAY AWAY FROM MILLER'S AUTO REPAIR!!!!

My father liked the owner a lot & bought a truck, he wanted to this place. That was a mistake…read more I have never had such a wonderful beginning lead into such a disastrous ending. The truck was purchased used-from some kids who did lord knows what to it, promising that "nothing was wrong with it" (That was a huge lie.) The next day, the battery had died, AAA came out to jump it, noticing issues which we told Mr. Sanchez Automotive about. They made a fair quote, dad agreed, & they had the truck almost two weeks. (Maybe a bit more.) So far, we're out the money for the truck, have yet to drive it a day, & its racking up more costs at this point. I was right there when my father showed them the problematic issues. In addition to the initial concerns we had, we were also worried about the fact that many bolts and screws were missing from the front end of the truck, esp the grill area. They took note of that. The A.C. didn't work, the windshield wipers only worked on "high" the passenger-side door frame/arm rest had been pulled off, put back on and again, none of this was disclosed otherwise the truck wouldnt have been bought. The main issue was the battery tray; part of it was missing/broken/sharp & very close to rupturing the battery which sat on it, a major concern. There was a source draining battery constantly, causing it to die when not in use-all due to these boys & their "professional" work. Other minor issues included The bed of the truck which wouldnt come down. We also wanted them to check for major issues, b/c a long haul will be done w/it soon. They said they found no issues. Supposedly, the owner "LOVED" the truck. The allignment was fine, he fixed the a.c. by replacing a hose-instead of re-attaching the door part we had given to them, they got a used one, of a totally DIFFERENT COLOR & attached it to the passenger side. I didnt notice everything all at once, I know nothing about cars. Right when the truck was picked up, we had a family emergency & the only person who knew vehicles was gone for a few weeks. I was the one who drove the truck home. On the way home, I noticed I had to press the brake pedal ALL the way down, even then, it had trouble stopping. I had to drive a 20 min drive back to my dads place-a lot of which was on the freeway, with almost no brakes-very scary. I didnt know if it was just me, or if something was really wrong. I noticed the gear shifter, which was FINE before, said I was in 2 gear when I was in D-and when i was parked, it said I was in low gear 1. This led to the truck stalling, or worse, not being in park all the way & then not starting the next time it was driven. I called them right away, about the brakes. When I told the main owner about the brakes issue, he came to my home. That's the only credit I give him b/c everything else is just simply insane. What I didnt know, what he SHOULD HAVE KNOWN & still didnt, was that he HAD FORGOTTEN TO PUT MY BRAKE CAP BACK ON SO I WAS DRIVING WITH NO BRAKES. (I had to buy another, still not knowing he had it. 2 weeks later, dad called me to say Sanchez automotive has the TITLE TO THE TRUCK which they removed from the glove box! WHY??!!! They also had the cap to the brakes! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? ) When he came to my home, he still hadnt realized that he had the cap, so he flooded the brakes so pressure would be there & it could be drivable, then left. (When all he had to do was remember to put the cap back on in the first place.) I noticed the brakes still were not right. I called back, Carla began having a massive attitude w/me. I noticed my drivers side door, all messed up, the buttons busted, the mirror adjuster was now popped UP and wouldnt not stay down, & it was also almost coming off, the way the passenger side looked when I brought it in. So they fixed one, then broke the other. The gear shifter, they refused to take ownership for having done it. It wasn't like that before. Otherwise we would have asked them to fix it. And the worst part is, they had taken things apart, without properly reassembling them. The screws never were put in. On the second day having the truck, while driving to the store, thats when I noticed he hadnt helped the night before b/c of how bad the brakes still were. I get to the store & go to walk in, I see in the reflection the truck has one headlight GONE, the other about to be gone. (Falling out. The rear ones were loose as well) I called again, to tell Carla about this. They tried to say someone must have stolen it. They denied any responsibility whatsoever. SO many issues. Cost us more than they helped. Carla made me cry. At the end, She was extremely mean.

They put it all back together and had the car ready for a wrecker. I was so impressed with #1 their friendly. Knowledgeable service and #2 They never charged me anything, just tried to solve my problem for a new neighbor. They will definitely be our "for sure..go to mechanic" for my entire family!

These guys did their research and spoke with Toyota technicians to figure out the repair when others may have just started replacing parts. Not only did they provide the old parts to show me, they replaced with factory Toyota parts and included the factory TSB (technical service bulletin). It was an extensive repair, but the hours they charged were very reasonable and the work appears to be top quality. Easily the best mechanic I've been to. I've brought in another vehicle before with a bad injector, which they diagnosed correctly and fixed right the first time. Very happy to be a repeat customer!

I was told they open at 7:00 AM and to bring my car in ASAP. Came at 7:30 to a closed building and had to wait until 8AM. Then, they called me at 11:00 to let me know the car was done, and then again at 11:30 to let me know I only had THIRTY MINUTES to pick up my car because they close early, or it would be held over the weekend. I'm lucky I could find a ride and that I didn't work 9-5 Fridays like most people. If I couldn't get there in that very small window, they would have kept my car until Monday and charged me $100 for "holding" my car in their lot. One employee told me I could bring the car in any morning to check the progress of their work as long as I called the night before. When I called, they actually didn't have time for me until 4 days later. That's honestly fine, just shows an overall lack of communication between the staff. They also told me the original price was so expensive because it covered them checking when I came back for the second service, but they double-charged me when I came back as well. Overall friendly people, but definitely need to increase their professionalism in a few different areas.
