They also manipulate reviews by maintaining a second Yelp page (https://www.yelp.com/biz/critical-control-santa-rosa-2) to hide negative feedback, a clear attempt to mislead potential customers. The attachments in this review are exhibits from my CSLB complaint, including: -Evidence of fraudulent billing. -Video timestamps proving they billed for hours they weren't on site. -Screenshots of false advertising from their website (e.g., fake A+ BBB rating). They also sometimes forgot to clean the floors under all our beds and crib but overall they did a pretty good job. They came every month but then all of a sudden never showed. I called Alicia several times without a return call. Months later she called me out of the blue to see if I wanted cleaning services again. I was open to the idea although i asked her what happened and why she suddenly did not show or return my calls. She said a personal matter came up and had to leave the country. I am not sure if this is true or made up so I decided to give her a second chance. Again she was difficult to get in touch with. I finally reached her and we agreed to have her clean out house monthly on a specific day and time like before. Disappointed again as she never showed and never returned my calls. This is very un-professional as well as lack of courtesy. I would not recommend her. She may be fine at first but then decide not to show up and call.
