Lousy. Extremely overpriced. I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau with 15 specific examples of things that they did wrong or didn't do (even though they were written on the service contract by owner, Stanley Costa.) They broke three items (a porcelain dish, a lamp and a hanging picture) and we only had them about 6 times- long enough to find someone else. Two of the women spoke no English, were extremely slow workers and always worked side-by-side so they could talk. One was particularly unfriendly. They would talk on their cell phones and once went outside to talk to a personal trainer they had just hired. Their work is good but no better than anyone else's. Go to GYN Cleaners and Claudia and Eber will do an outstanding job. They actually look for dirt, dust, fingerprints, hair, etc, rather than just do only what is necessary and obvious. read more

Incredible Post Construction Clean Up! We contacted Sonomarin for a quote for a post construction clean up. We had INCHES of concrete dust in EVERY part of our home: floor, cupboards, ceilings, blinds, shelves, closets, bathtub, nooks, crannies, simply EVERYWHERE. It was so disgusting that I couldn't bear to walk in to our house (which we had just purchased). We interviewed four companies. I was most confident with Stanley's plan of attack, air compressor to blow dust off wooden slatted ceilings, etc, wait until that dust settled, and then go in for the major cleaning. It was not cheap but MAN! were we so pleased! No concrete dust remained, anywhere. If you have a rough job to tackle, please call Sonomarin and get a quote! You will not be disappointed. read more

It's been over a year since we started our relationship with SonoMarin Cleaning, and we couldn't be happier! Last April, we contacted SonoMarin and set an appointment with the proprietor, Stanley Costa. He came to our house and spent over an hour walking our home and specifying what services he thought would be most cost effective. SonoMarin is a truly professional organization, and you can trust Stanley's opinion for an appropriate schedule of services. SonoMarin offers various a la carte services (like blind cleaning or refrigerator steam cleaning) that can be added in regularly or on an as-needed basis. The crew of 3 comes monthly and the house is simply spectacular upon their departure! They use Ecolab products and the house not only looks & smells clean, it FEELS clean; we can't even do a job this well ourselves! Not a single item has been broken, nor turned up missing, and we are rarely home when the crew is there. Their scheduler, Miguel, is polite, timely, and efficient when communicating. As a regular customer, you are provided a year-long schedule of visits, and SonoMarin's commitment to paying their staff regularly requires you to keep these appointments or request a change far in advance; no biggie, really. The crew is usually comprised of the same team members, who really get to know your house and keep the smallest details in mind every visit. We have been through half a dozen cleaning services throughout the years, all claiming to be thorough and professional, but all of them seem to fizzle out and start ignoring cleaning tasks, eventually over-taxing our tolerance. I can assure you SonoMarin consistently performs as well as they do on Day 1 with never any reduction in thoroughness or care. You may find the pricing of SonoMarin excessive, but one visit a mointh is all that's required to keep our house in a perfect state, and if we divide that by 4, it's less than some of the other subpar services that visited weekly! If you really want a service that treats your home better than even you could, give SonoMartin a call; there's really no one else; we've tried!
