They showed up and were ready for us when they said they would be. The day of our departure back home, we arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare. I want to mention how the last time I used this service the driver kept reminding us of other pick ups they had to do and may be running late for, this was told to me twice, on different rides with my sister. When it came time to pay, the driver was impatient bc my sister, who has special needs, took too long getting out the 5$. You could feel the driver becoming increasingly impatient with us, and reiterating her next rides are waiting. Unfortunate customer service faux pas bc I used this service a lot and really enjoyed it, but felt that her demeanour was unprofessional and she was more concerned with the clients she had to pick up than the ones in front of her who were paying.
