I had prearranged pu and return to airport. Had multiole discussiins with Jeff as recently as today before arruving confirming arrangements. I had arranged pu inside terminal as wife is in wheel chair, luggage etc... upon arrival i text him again and he confirmed. There never was inside pickup and they were a half hour late. When u called jeff, he hungup on me as he did not like being told off. A comolegely classless move, lacks any busines sense and WOULD NEVER USE!!!!. I cancelled them and got uber within 5 minutes. We have been going to Maui for 30 years and have never had a driving experience better than this! Jeff is amazing! First off, he's a great driver but most importantly he cares. He offered us a car seat for my daughter's toddler for our whole time at the Four Seasons. Our daughter had to go to the ER and he was transporting other people but he checked in with us later to see how she was doing. Who does that?! His Mercedes huge van can hold everything and his prices are so reasonable (he should charge more) We have had some drivers in the past that go way too fast and with Jeff, you will feel totally safe. Leis Limo was fantastic - as other reviewers have said, Jeff is extremely communicative before & during your trip, and he is super reliable. Wish I could give more than 5 stars! A couple things really stood out: -We initially planned to go to Maui in November but had to postpone to January. Jeff was totally understanding and accommodated the change without any issue or penalty -Jeff arrived early to pick us up on both legs of our trip -Jeff provided a car seat for our 3 year old boy, without charging us extra -- and even let us keep it for the week, so we could use it in Lyft/Uber/rental cars as needed. -On the way to our hotel in Lahaina, we ran into a 2.5 hour delay due to an overturned garbage truck. Jeff was super chill/friendly on the drive, and was fully understanding when our son needed to go to the bathroom; Jeff found a spot we could pull off the road, and was extremely patient and supportive of us in spite of the lengthy delays we faced -The day before our departure, Jeff and I texted to finalize our plans and pick-up time. The weather had been acting up, so this was majorly helpful in giving us peace of mind, knowing we'd make our flight and get home safe. In short, Jeff is the best. You can depend on Jeff to show up on time, wait for you if you get stuck at the airport or picking you up at 5 am for an early flight. We always use Jeff when we fly into Maui. We have our own car at our condo but would not use anyone else but Jeff to pick up up. His beautiful van can hold a big group of family or friends but it is just my husband and I. Jeff recently provided round-trip transportation in his Mercedes sprinter van for our party of 11 (including all our luggage), to and from the OGG airport and Kaanapali. His van has three rows of seating (4+3+3) plus room for a shotgun passenger (making 11 total). I highly recommend his services. Communication was great and he was reliable and punctual. His rates are more than reasonable. The ride was clean and comfortable. A quick note for anyone traveling through OGG right now. You will need at least 2 hours to get through security (maybe 1.5 hrs if you have pre-check). If you are checking bags with Hawaiian air, you will need more than 2 hours. read more

So, I ordered a limo for a wedding party and had been speaking with Jeff the whole time. When the wedding day comes around he pulls up in a van for the wedding. Like WTF?! I asked for a limo not a limo van!!! He then gets an attitude with the bride and tells her that I didn't specify that I wanted a stretch limo, I just said I wanted a limo so he came in a ordinary limo van, that is NOT complimentary for a wedding. But, why do I have to explain to a limo company that I want a stretch limo? If I wanted a van, I would have ordered a van!!! So now the bride had to ride to her wedding in a damn van and not a limo like we thought. This isn't the first time I've used a limo service and every time I've ordered a limo I NEVER had to specify that I needed a stretch limo. So I cancelled the ride back and booked another company after I spoke to Jeff and he tells me he doesn't understand the confusion. Lol, there is no confusion! You just chose not to tell me that you only had a limo van and not a regular limo! So if you book this company don't expect a limo, just expect a dirty van even though he named his company with the word "limo" in it. Way to ruin a wedding Jeff!!! Thanks! read more
