When I talked to the lady on the phone, I was told installed and old one removed would cost between 1100 and 1200. So I set up a appointment when she gave me that price. The install itself is great. They did a good and quick job. Was happy with their work. Was handed a bill of 1556 after they finished the install was completed. Called the office to see if something else was needed or something that would justify the other 300. Was told at that time the cheapest 50gal they had is 1495 installed which is what I was billed for. Had I been given the correct info in the first place I would of went with a different contractor. They asked if I possibly mixed up my quotes, which no, I got the quote and made the appointment all in the same phone call. Was told they would "make it up" to me on future service. No, I won't use them again after this. If Iowa law would allow it, I would tell them to come and take it back out. Get a written quote from them or you might have a surprise.
