Yeah, we've kept them busy in five different houses.... Don doesn't have the most friendly phone voice, but he's straightforward, honest (sometimes brutally), and affordable when it comes to his services. Josh was my technician who called to let me know he was on his way about 10-15 minutes beforehand which was great, and was even a few minutes early.
