Absolutely, 100%, would recommend John with Uncloggers to anyone! I had an issue with my basement plumbing, that was resulting in small flooding in my laundry room. Called John and his wife and they were at my house first thing Monday morning. I brought John downstairs to show him what was going on, and where everything had happened and he gave me a very reasonable price if he were have to snake from my laundry room out to the street, UNLESS I had another drain somewhere in my basement. I recalled feeling a dip in one part of my carpet, so we cut a little hole and sure enough, there was the drain. John got to work, chiseling away at the concrete that was around the plug, and got it to open up. Then he had me flush all my toilets, and run my shower to make sure everything looked okay. He was very knowledgeable and very open to helping me in case something like this were to happen again and what to look for. I highly recommended Mr. Siano to anyone needing pipe clogs handled with expertise and care. I called him for a clogged kitchen sink that was making water back up in other areas of my home. He arrived less than 2 hours after my call! After assessing my issue, he quoted me an extremely reasonable rate to clear the pipes, and got to work. My house has some nonstandard plumbing elements which made his work more complicated, but he put in the time and energy to figure out how to fix it. And he did! I called "Uncloggers To The Rescue" on Memorial Day for help with our flooded furnace room and John answered right away. When he showed up with his machine, he said Holiday or Weekends are like any other for him. He snaked our main line down 130 feet to clear the passage all the way to the street. He repeated the process twice to make sure clogs are fully broken up. John is reasonable, professional and knows how to break up tough clogs. read more

3 months ago, John was very helpful on the phone, and based on his advice, we did not need his service. I told him I would be sure to call him if I ever needed. My daughter's toilet was clogged, so I called John at 11:30 am today. He said he could be there at 3:00 pm today. He arrived on time, looked at the toilet, told me the cost if he was able to clear it with a snake, and the additional cost if he needed to pull the toilet. Luckily, he was able to clear it in just a few minutes with the snake. He proceeded to give me a few pointers for how to flush the toilet, and suggested what we could do if it happens again.
