At one point, I ordered an amaretto sour and was told they were unable to make it, which was surprising given that they appeared to have a fully stocked bar. It left me wondering whether she had even checked with the bartenders. If I were rating the food alone, it would easily earn a 4 out of 5. The service, however, was a 1 out of 5, which brings my overall rating down to a 3. I don't usually mention employees by name in reviews, but in this case I hope management takes it as constructive feedback. Certainly not what I'd call chili if I'm being honest. It was like BBQ sauce and ketchup mixed together, heated up, with ground beef conservatively tossed in. But again, it was great. The onion rings were good. Hot when we got them with good crispy outside. The burger was really good too. Lived up to the hype. I'd definitely recommend folks make a stop at Spencer's if you're in the area. Ambiance isn't overly impressive but focus on the food and you'll have a great time.
