He sent the two lightest guys to walk my metal roof. They chopped limb, threw pieces down, chipped and hauled away. Got back up on roof and blew off debris. Crew of seven. Three trucks, a trailer and a chipper came for my job. They fit me in today. Gave estimate on extensive backyard cleanup and will schedule me in two weeks. Very happy with Bam's Tree Service. Chris is polite, considerate, organized, as were his employees. He told me if city didn't come in two weeks, he would return to remove what was left over. BEWARE!! We hired Howard's Tree Service for tree removal, stump grinding, and fence installation,…read moreand it's been a nightmare from start to finish. While we paid in full, the stump grinding was never completed. The new fence he installed was not straight and collapsed just three months later due to shoddy workmanship, and the debris from the old fence was never removed -- despite multiple assurances that it would be. What's worse, Quentin Howard kept promising to come back and finish the job. Week after week, we were told, "I'll be there next week," or "I'll get it done by the weekend." We gave him the benefit of the doubt far too many times. We were more than patient. He practically ghosted us after taking our money. This kind of dishonesty and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Save yourself the money, stress, and cleanup -- hire someone else. This is not just bad service -- it's flat-out dishonest and irresponsible. Howard's Tree Service should not be in business. Spend your money with someone who actually stands behind their work and respects their customers.

They recently spent four days at our home doing storm cleanup as our front and back yards were swamped by Hurricane Idalia.
