I had Aaron and his crew come out to take dead wood out of about a dozen trees, take back limbs that were going over our house and driveway, as well as do some pruning to allow more light to penetrate the canopies. A few days before our initial appointment I had to reschedule, and Aaron was very accommodating. I received 2 text messages the morning of keeping me informed of their arrival time. There were 3 trucks and half a dozen guys that showed up. Everyone was very respectful to us and our property. Nobody took their shirts off, or smoked on our property. Everyone was in full safety gear. They seen I like to climb, and even patiently took the time to show me some new rope climbing tricks. We met Aaron at the home show in St Pete. After describing our situation with a dangerous tree on our property, he set a date to come out and take a look. He showed up promptly and gave suggestions as a certified arborist and within a couple of days we had a full crew come out to handle our situation. Aaron came out to our house just a few days after we met him at the home show, with a fair estimate, and willing to do the work. I received a follow-up call from his office that day, and a day later Aaron and his team was at our house trimming the trees away from the roof in preparation of the 2019 Hurricane season. The crew showed up and Aaron asked me what needed to be trimmed . He then consulted the crew and they laid out a plan and like clock work, tree was trimmed and with very safe actions the limbs were cut and lowered and after all bucket work was done, they cleaned and removed all of the debris and all of the dust.
