Jordann Friedman with Albert Anthony helped me on one of the toughest home buying experiences I've ever had. She is a genuine and thoughtful person. I was immediately impressed by her effort on my recent purchase when she attacked challenges as I would like to have accepted them myself, but lacked the time, energy, access or knowledge. If I mentioned a curiosity or concern in passing, she would have a well researched and concise answer within the day. She doesn't just speak from the hip, which she can on most issues, but rather she views the question from my perspective and tailors the response to the level of information she learned I would need. Since we didn't know each other before my home search, this speaks to how quickly she thinks and how personally she takes her job.
