When buying our first house we tried out several agents before trying Albert. We addressed our needs and previous experiences with him up front and he was very proactive in his assistance. I would highly recommend Albert to family and friends purchasing or selling a home. Albert helped me complete a difficult short sale very quickly compared to how most of them go. It was a more challenging transaction because there were two lenders to deal with and selling the hardship to the bank was more difficult because the hardship I needed to show the bank had not yet occured (definite future job loss and addition to family making $1,300/mo. + loss for home not lived in for 2 years unaffordable). I was very grateful to have the transaction handled so quickly and with great professionalism and care.
