Carrey helped me out immediately and was excellent in helping me to ensure I got the right part this time and to help me exchange it. He even ensured I got their discount card to help me on my future purchases as well. He found the part an was able to to order it with 2 day shipping. He went above and beyond and asked Richie, a co-worker that's been with the company for 24 years and was able to get it delivered from a shop in Queens the same day I came in. I wasn't even upset at having to wait a couple of days but this was an excellent experience because of their effort to ensure I had my part as quickly as possible. There's a small parking lot shared with a laundromat. I would guess that it holds about 10 cars. There's plenty of nearby street parking however metered and unmetered. It's also easy to find and accessible by public transportation which is a couple of blocks away. I highly recommend this store for your auto parts!

This was on April 9th. I have since called a total of THREE TIMES asking for someone to help me resolve this and still no one has ever called me back. It is now April 20th and have given up.
