Third, always get a second estimate before you engage them. My experience is that their pricing is crazy. They overcharge because there are so few repair shops in the area. Which needs proper torquing and proper placement for filter and oil ring to avoid oil leaks compared to the plastic cap and covers that tend to break and leak when not fitted properly. I assume they had problems before. And maybe don't know how to apply proper torque and fitment

Not a place where you come in for an oil change and they make up some other repair you need 2. Fast. Usually, I come around 10-11 on a weekday, and for minor items, you're in and out in 20min; for bigger issues, maybe you leave it a few hours. 3. Quality. I had my Volvo bumper partially pulled off years ago and went to the dealer. They "fixed" it, but it popped out again a few weeks later. Clinton Collision fixed it for short money and it's held for a couple of years ago. 4. Helpful but not pushy. Things like, "Hey, you don't need new brakes/tires now, but you might want to think about it in six months." Seems like a family-owned business, which is always a plus. Highly recommended!
