This was on April 9th. I have since called a total of THREE TIMES asking for someone to help me resolve this and still no one has ever called me back. It is now April 20th and have given up. At this point it appears that Pep Boys has simply taken my $700, left me with unbalanced tires that will wear out prematurely ... and even the corporate office does not care in the least to even respond to my concerns.
