It was way better to go back the next morning at 10 AM. Just one dude in front of me and a bunch of employees free to help, so I was in and out in probably less than 10 minutes. Got the license changed, fixed my hair in the mirror helpfully hung next to the camera, and got my smize on for my new drivers license. When I was trying to change over insurance and went to another agenncy I felt more confused than when I went. Going to ama the Agent, who I think was named Justin, walked me through the process, helped me track down the documents I needed and overall saved me from a meltdown. The last visit I had Briann, who not only was super friendly and helpful. But she was able to give me the paperwork I needed for my health cards and explain why the number I had wasn't working, when no one ese knew. So 10/10 customer service indeed! The only con is that, you can get your insurance cheaper and there is a membership needed but for me, in the end it is worth it!

Registration service was pretty fast and straightforward despite the long queue. I then asked if I could speak with an insurance broker to get a quote, I was guided to the reception where I waited for a couple of minutes for a broker to see me. Glenn is the most transparent insurance broker I have ever met, he told me everything about my current insurance, why I am paying this much, gave me an overview of the different insurance companies and the quoted premium, he even gave me tips on how it will be reduced in the future as well as how to get myself covered with other insurance packages without being pushy about getting me to sign with them. Although I did not get their business, I am impressed with the way Glenn accommodated me. For sure I will go to Farnese Insurance for my future insurance needs. Look for Glenn, I just learned that he is the owner when I asked for his business card at the end of our conversation. The reason I'm giving only 4 stars is I did not sign up with them because the quoted premiums he showed me were a bit higher than my current one, I wouldn't elaborate on that anymore. Anyways, be confident going in here and know what you came in for, making sure you have your Id's and the expiry dates are still in good standing. You can get your learners done here or any class learner I suppose but most of it is done electronically on computer there. If your drivers license expires in the year you can only renew it within six months before expiry. I tried to get mine done early and was refused. Remember to dress sharp or at least do your hair first before your next photo. Recommended for a quick vehicle registration or you can do online if your comfortable waiting for the sticker to come in mail.

My last visit was for registration of a trademark name. I couldn't recall if I had done so years ago, so they were able to run a check for $15.70 to determine who the name belonged to. It was me, but I had to make a change to it and I was charged $32.55. I was able to pay on my credit card as it wasn't for motor vehicle services. The woman who helped me was really friendly and knowledgeable to answer my questions and process my requests. It was great as there was no line up either but when I was done, there was a line of 3 people. As with most registry offices, they have Learner's books in other languages, and kits for self employment and wills.
