I was looking for someone to remove a window and to restucco the exterior. I yelp to see reviews on companies. I was so pleased to find Alberto Pacheco Construction to do this job. His worker did such an excellent job removing the window NO broken glass and framed it in with the 2x4s paper the wire and all the coats that you need the stucco to adhere to the existing portion of the wall. You can't even tell there was a 3ftx4ft window there. He also dried wall the inside . Everything was cleaned up hauled away very professional. He will be back tomorrow to paint the exterior. I will definitely use this company again. Good price, excellent work, and he communicated with me as to his schedule. Which if you know anything about Construction or doing a home project things don't always go as you planned. So be patient if he can't get to your project right away. Alberto Pacheco construction had done remodel work on our house to include install new flooring. Construction work was ok although attention to detail missing, big problems was flooring before 1 year flooring started cracking, separating and chipping. We contacted both Alberto construction and MSI flooring in Anaheim , both laid blame on problems on each other and refused to fix problem . Alberto did come by to replace portion of floor but took no culpability as did MSI spent $$$$ on work and left high and dry . Update on licensing board . Can't recommend this post is 3years after completion of job to insure proper and correct review. License is under suspension for the following reasons: License is suspended for failure to comply with an outstanding civil judgment. read more

I would HIGHLY recommend A.P Construction. I had a horrible experience 13 years ago with a different Contractor which made me very leary of the next one. Alberto and his Crew are amazing, stayed on the job daily, I was out of town for Thanksgiving but through my Ring Camera I saw that they were working on Thanksgiving!! Alberto is a Contractor that will oversee his Crew, he pays attention to details. His Crew was professional and even if Alberto wasn't around they stayed on task. The finish work was professionally done, he definitely "dots his i's and crosses his T's" He and his Crew also painted our House, and again a Professional Job well done. I just wrapped an extensive project with Alberto and his crew. I was looking to do an en-suite addition to our home and had never worked with a contractor before and was nervous not knowing what to expect. After getting a very reasonable quote we moved forward with our project. Alberto made sure the project ran smooth and stayed on budget. His crew did an amazing job, they are very skilled at all that they do, and they do it all!! Our project included an en-suite addition, a full bathroom renovation, 2 bedroom's remodeled and creating a brand new hallway. Alberto made sure all inspections passed and when there was an issue with the new roof he stayed on top of everything including taking several trips to the city during the permit process. Any delays that we met were due to city issues or rain, never because they didn't show up. As the project progressed we were so pleased with the work we added a few more jobs we had been putting off, Alberto always kept the cost reasonable and often offered design suggestions or different ways we could save money.
