The exact reply I got was, "Yea we do Please call set up an appointment" Because I was looking to have a professional examine my ring and not my 12-year-old nephew, I never took my business to this establishment. I get it that incompetent emails may not reflect the actual competence of the business, but I need some sense of confidence that I'm dealing with experts here.

Don't know what happened. Ended up bringing the bracelet to be resized elsewhere I had a chance to try out second-hand rolexes and the assistant was very helpful in letting me try out different models and sizes. I showed up on a Saturday morning and was immediately helped. The staff was super friendly, and able to find the right size for my ring while also taking into account finger size fluctuations. The whole resizing, rhodium dipping experience took about and hour. The store is on the second floor of a building which has elevator access. Everyone was super nice and I'm so happy the ring fits and looks brand new. I will definitely be returning for other jewelry needs!

The jeweler resized a special ring one and a half sizes, did a great job and I felt that the price was reasonable for 14K. They also were able to preserve the inscription. One piece of constructive feedback would be to give me a heads up on how the back of the band will look but I have no complaints at all. They also fixed a jump ring on a necklace for me at no extra charge. Will be back with more repairs.
