She takes no accountability for the actions of herself or her employees. Her tone on the phone is belittling, shallow, and completely inconsiderate of paying customers. I am devastated that we had to give money to this woman, but my wedding is in 2 months and I had no other choice. It's a shame because the veil and headpiece are beautiful, and I had a lot of fun picking them out, but after hearing the owner arguing with my mother I wanted to leave the merchandise at the store and walk out.
