Sorry to say, customer service at this pharmacy is sorely lacking. Three times in the past, I've received email notifications telling me my meds are ready for pick up. I show up, then I am told to wait longer than 1 hr. because it isn't ready. I tell them I'll come back the following day, so as not to put pressure on them. When I come back the following day, it still not ready. I am told again to wait. What a nuisance. Yesterday morning, my Dr. ordered a new med. which I was supposed to start last night. I've been calling the pharmacy since yesterday, my calls get disconnected immediately with no explanation. I've tried calling the store customer service, the same thing happens. Too much hazzle to deal with this. I will transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy. So annoying. Also, this is not the first time I've had trouble getting through on the phone. I came here in May to pick up a package from the FedEx counter shortly before 8 p.m., only to find it closed. There was an employee standing near the desk, who informed me that they only have someone to staff it until 6 p.m. I said they should update the website, to which she said with irritation, "I don't run the website." I had two encounters with the older self service checkout lady. The first time, she harshly instructed me on how to use your checkout machines. Nothing she said was at all considerate. The second time, she scolded me for not ringing up my items correctly. I had asked her how to do it before she laid into me but she hurriedly gave me the wrong information, then blamed me. Then she grumbled quite loudly that she would have to ring up my items again after canceling my order. I had to wait for some time and I even said I'd forget about my purchase and just go since it was taking so long. She then said it was my fault that it was taking so long. Absolutely terrible service and condescending employees. Every time I come and try to get the deals that require "clipping" the supervisors talk to me like I'm the most ignorant person they've met and say they won't give me the deals without the app. Every time they then proceed to "teach me" how to fix the app b/c they consider themselves smarter or higher up the ladder than the previous people unable to fix the app. I've literally added and removed their worthless app 15-20 times since moving here less than 2 months ago...and each time the app is removed and added multiple times before acknowledging it doesn't work but giving me the line of "this is the last time" (but essentially telling me it's my issue not theirs). I now literally get heart palpitations and break into a sweat every time I walk up to the checkout knowing the interact that awaits me. And without fail, the cashiers and supervisors give the same demeaning service while masking their distain with a forced smile. After years of supporting Albertsons I will officially be switching to Smiths (or hell, even Walmart is sounding like a high quality place these days) where they know how to treat their customers and don't make me feel like the problem!! read more

the self check out girl Renee was very rude and not helpful, i'm pregnant and was prioritizing standing at her register clicking through peoples errors instead of coming to us, and to me when i asked for help when i clicked the help button, she yelled over to me instead of coming to me asking what i needed and i said my card is not working she said keep trying and i told her i already had multiple times before i asked for help and she said well i am too busy i can not come help. then i went over to her to address that i can not check out until she helps me because it will not let me pay. she then came over aggressively and grabbed my empty basket and slammed it on the floor where empty baskets go showing very unprofessional and embarrassing behavior.. i was extremely uncomfortable and will never come back to this store. read more

Buyer Beware, we have shopped at Albertson's for several years and time and again we have caught them cheating on pricing in many different ways. The last straw came this week when they had an item "On Sale" with a price of $13.94. It was crowded and there was not time to check the receipt as we usually do but did look when we got home. They over charged us, never a surprise with them, so we called. The manager said that there were two items with the same description from the same supplier, same weight in the freezer but had different prices. If it was the first or the tenth time similar bait and switch products and pricing had come up we might say OK but it happens much too often. It is not the Cashiers who do the cheating it is the Management. Prices are often not updated to what is on the shelf, or labeled in an ambiguous way at a different price in the system, they often raise prices by 30 or 40% just before their 2 for 1 sales, which seems dishonest, overall they are not to be trusted. Check your receipt before you leave, you will see how often, there is a mistake, always in their favor. read more

The staff is all really rude, and the "manager" kicked me out of the store because I didn't make eye contact with people, didn't want to be touched on the shoulder, and wouldn't move out of the way of where they apparently wanted to put the carts (by the flower section in the middle of nowhere). I am autistic... that is a recognized disability in the USA. I didn't see them kick out people in wheel chairs, so I should have been welcomed. Needs to be consistent with it's policies. Rotisserie chickens are the size of Cornish game hens. Definitely not a deal at 7.49 each when costco sells huge ones for 6.99. Deli closes 3 hours before the rest of the store too and they don't seem to care about changing the hours listed. If Albertsons is going to sell premade items such as fried chicken they should supply proper packaging for the customers to take it home in. Shoving 7 pieces of chicken into a tiny paper bag and charging 13 bucks for it is unacceptable. When I asked if it could be wrapped different so the chicken would fall out all over the place their solution was to put a tiny sticker on the bag. I walked less then 5 steps away from the deli and the chicken was already spilling all over the shopping cart, and that's a entire different issue, I do not want my food touching the cart especially knowing people put there dogs in there and they probably never get sanitized. I go there only occasionally, because of the difficult access to the parking lot, and the necessity of navigating through Target's parking lot to exit. Now, though, the cashiers' demonstrated lack of interest in actually being a cashier will likely not encourage me to go back anytime soon. Just had the most maddening experience. The card machine switches from "Food" to "Cash" as I'm trying to push the "Food" button, so, had to start over. Then, the buttons themselves don't work right, had to start over 3 times before it took my pin. Then, the cashier yells out, "DECLINED". At Walmart, when a card has less on it than the amount due, it will take that amount, then show the balance, to be taken off of another card - simple, right? I'm ready to rip throats out by this time, the cashier goes "Wow". I think I'll stick with Walmart, where I go to the self checkouts, and not have to deal with holding up the line, or deal with cashiers. read more

This Albertsons is hands down the best in town the food is always fresh and fully stocked the employees are very respectful and always make sure the customer is finding what they need I highly recommend this store the selection from food to beer and just about anything you need is here the pharmacy is amazing the pharmacist and pharmacy techs explain everything in detail and make sure you understand any medication the wait time for prescriptions is at most an hour the managers are very active throughout the store making sure everything is cleaned and stocked at its best the only thing I see wrong here is the store closes at 11PM not 12AM like the app says that changed a lil over 2 years ago the Deli's food is always fresh with a large amount of options to choose from the bakery has a very big variety of stuff to buy and is always clean and fully stocked with fresh food everyday same with the Meat department everything is fresh and hand cut everyday definitely consider shipping here read more

Hello my name is Larry and I frequent the store whenever I come to Santa Fe. There's one specific thing I love to buy here because always seems to be fresh, not to mention kindness of this employee who I always enjoy talking to. He teaches me how to select the best eggs and milk and yogurt and gives me his suggestions and always lets me know when the new flavored creamers for the season come in. As much as one person loves the pumpkin spice added to their coffee or tea what I enjoy is the spice of looking at him bent over into the cold case and when he seems to notice I just look away and he never says anything about it as to be as professional as possible even though I almost think he notices. The problem is if I tell you about who he is I am afraid he might not stock the shelves the same way as I enjoy watching. This man is fairly tall and beautiful if I didn't mention that before, and I am fairly short so sometimes I cannot reach the things that are in the back or on the top shelf and so he's always more than happy to help me reach them. Often when I get my coffee creamer he reminds me telling me "don't forget to buy coffee or tea to go with that" which normally I am always running low home. OK well I'm going to let the cat out of the bag so to speak this employees name is Kevin and he again is absolutely fantastic if you ever get a chance to stop and chat with Kevin I suggest that you do because he is a fantasy to talk to and the conversations are always lively and entertaining. read more
