Walk-in prescriptions are filled in minutes, and when your prescription expires they follow up with your doctor for immediate prescription renewal by fax. They also accept my crummy HMO insurance! The business is Korean owned, but everyone speaks English well. After a few visits they learned my name and family members, and have reminded me on occasion to refill my daughter's prescription when I forgot. I'm glad to support a local business like this, where I can get good service and good prices, without the hassles and long lines of a big chain store.

Be careful about relying on this location as a 24-hour store. At first they were just, recently,…read moreclosing from 1:30-2 a.m. due to being short staffed during staff breaks. But now they will just straight-up close at a certain point for the rest of the night and not reopen till 5:30 or 6 a.m. Sometimes there is a sign on the door saying the pharmacy drive-thru is still open. But this new thing of unpredictably closing when they feel like it is problematic for the surrounding community. We have so few late-night options besides 7-Eleven. And the overnight closure also means customers are no longer able to pick up BOPIS orders. No more getting items delivered via UberEats, Instacart & other couriers, either. We need a reliably 24-hour store in this community. Unfortunately, Walgreens at Brookhurst and Orangethorpe no longer seems to be it. I hope it's temporary.

I paid and walked away, and by the time I got home to finally really read into the box, I realized it's only for sanding and grinding purposes. Not the medical grade. I trusted them since they're a pharmacy with "pharmacists" and didn't think they would be this shady and sell N95 for sanding purpose instead of medical protection. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM please!!!! And again yes I should've checked really carefully before I paid $160 but I was rushed out and trusted them too much. Report them!!! They're shady business with absolutely no ethic at all.
