I used this pharmacy several times with no problems. They even deliver! Wow I was impressed to receive the kind of service we rarely see these days. Well that suddenly changed. I went back to Royces for a refill. The lady took my prescription from me at the window and asked me to wait. A minute or so later an older man Royce?? came to the window shoved the prescription out the window and said we don't have this in a very stern tone. I asked could you order it? As i had it filled there previously. He replied very rudely- I don't want to, the pharmacy loses too much money on it. My prescription was for a brand name not generic. I live with severe debilitating pain and the brand works a little better than generic which for me is a HUGE difference in my well being. Sadly I won't be doing anymore business with Royce as rudely as I was treated.

The other clinics wanted $70+ and I really didn't want to pay that much. This location charges $39 for an eye examination for glasses- I think it's $110 if you want a prescription for contacts. The exam itself was easy. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The staff was friendly and very efficient. I had to fill out minimal paperwork and before I knew it, I was already in the first examination room. I didn't get Dr. Chen but I got his associate. Dr. Fazel is very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable taking to him. He explained what was wrong with my eyes and what I could do to make it better. I'm happy to have found a reasonably priced place to get my eyes checked.

I made the appointment as a first timer and I was scheduled the same day. We got there early filled out some paperwork and we were seen. Unfortunately, my boy broke a bone... but he was X-rayed and casted at the same visit. We were in and out in 2.5 hours. We were seen by Dr Garff and casted by Jacob. The staff was beyond professional and friendly. You can tell they deal with kids because they were comfortable with the banter between me and my 17 yr old. It's a shock to find out you have broken a bone. They took care and time in explaining what they were doing and why to him. They allowed him to ask questions and they were not phased at the silliest questions. I highly recommend!!!

You have the freedom of choice!…read more Dr Moore and I had a problem when he tried to force me to use a specific pharmacy for all my meds from him. Patients have the right of choice to use what pharmacy they choose. Filed a complaint with the Texas Medical Board and I understood that Dr Moore was told what he was doing was illegal and stop. The Pharmacy was also reported to Texas Pharmacy Board and was warned to stop this practice.

While I fully understand the need for confirmation before treatment, I was shocked when he insisted I come in for a second appointment just to receive the prescription--something I've never encountered from any other provider for a simple UTI treatment. I asked why a follow-up visit was necessary, especially since we already did a culture, and he only repeated that it was how they do things there. I even suggested discussing potential treatments right there to save me a trip, but he refused. The next day, I emailed the clinic to request an explanation. I merely wanted a prescription for the infection once the bacteria was identified. They didn't provide one and instead made unfounded claims about my behavior during the visit. It's frustrating and disappointing to feel as though patient care is secondary to higher billings. Having to schedule, and pay for, an additional appointment for something that could be handled over the phone or via email not only wastes time but also leaves a straightforward infection untreated longer. I'll be seeking treatment elsewhere in the future and would not recommend Noaak Healthcare to anyone looking for practical and patient-centered care.
