I guess when he has all family working for him, he can verbally abuse employees.

I tried to reposition so I could shake her right hand, but she still insisted on using her left, even though her right hand appeared fully functional as she used it to handle the rings she was showing us. It came across as dismissive and a bit disrespectful. My fiancé bought my engagement ring from here last summer and proposed this last October. I…read moreabsolutely loved the ring - 3 emeralds (what I always wanted, an emerald cut diamond ring) and was even more thrilled from the man I was getting it from. I had to bring the ring in after the engagement for it to be sized and because unfortunately a few days after receiving it one of the tiny diamonds apart of one of the 3 halos surrounding the emeralds fell out. I was a little concerned but 1st time it happened so I thought nothing it. It ended up happening 3 times afterwards (same thing, tiny diamonds on the halos falling out) but luckily we had a warranty on the ring so it could be easily replaced and id have it back each time just 1-2 weeks later. I became frustrated the 4th time it happened but knew it was no ones fault at Helzberg. It ended up being just how the ring was designed - very tiny prongs to hold the very tiny diamonds in their bed in the halos, so it was bound to keep happening. This past Friday I went into Helzberg to pick up my ring and to look at my options as far as my ring. I was in the store with my mom from 5:30-8:00pm and Rebecca, Kalen and the manager Tony and even district manager Josh came in. All of their time and genuine concern was devoted to us and getting my ring situation figured out. After trying on MANY rings even though in the back of my mind was my original ring, I eventually came across a beautiful, perfect ring that wasn't going to have the same problems as my original. I am so satisfied with the customer service we received. With a purchase like this (really an investment) you forever want to be at ease for what could possibly happen, and I can say Helzberg has definitely done just that! THANK YOU!
