We are able to get it appraised by another independent jeweler and take it back and force them to refund our money. We then bought the real diamond from House Of Diamonds. They brought in multiple stones for us to compare. We were able to choose the one that best suited us and they did a beautiful job with the mount and Service. I dropped in here to have a new battery installed in my old Citizen chronograph. Got right in and the jeweler took my watch back to the bench and had it back to me in less than 10 minutes.
