Jordan was very professional and pleasant to deal with, he cleaned my chimney and wood burning stove, even moving the stove out of the fireplace that it sat in (something that previous chimney sweeps had never done before). His pricing was reasonable and he was very honest about what I could do versus what I needed to do down the road- contrary to the other guy who told me I needed to do $X, $Y and $Z otherwise I was going to spontaneously combust. The huge lack of safety, awareness and compliance from the staff after the incident was incredibly poor. Nice try passing the blame though.
