Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. I had a new water heater installed during the closing process on my new condo. I've been living here for just under a month, and I've only had hot water for about a day. The unit was not installed properly, causing it to short out and repeatedly trip the breaker. I've had this company come back three separate times to try to fix the issue. I've also hired an electrician to redo the connections, install a new breaker, and verify everything on the electrical side. At this point, I've exhausted every option trying to get this resolved. After contacting the warranty company, their response was: "If it's tripping, then there is something wrong with the heating elements. If there is something wrong with the elements, then it wasn't installed properly." On top of that, the water heater is leaking, and they were unable to fix that issue as well. Save yourself the frustration and go with someone else. I would not recommend this company to anyone. At this point, you'd probably have better luck doing the job yourself. read more

We had a leaking pipe, instead of just "bandaid-ing" the situation, we got an honest response on next steps- fast forward to today, we've a new water heater and copper piping- sadly, lots of codes were broken with how our previous piping was completed... almost inevitable there'd be a leak.. thank God the pipes didn't burst. We had an old 17 year old kitchen faucet that was barely dribbling any water. I put out a request for help, and Khan from Denver Plumbing contacted me within minutes and was able to show up at our house in about 10 minutes. The old faucet had to go, which we were expecting, and we had already purchased a replacement faucet just in case the old one couldn't be fixed. I had thought about doing the job myself, but am glad I didn't because the installation was difficult due to the tight space, special tools and knowledge needed. As it turned out, the replacement faucet also turned out to have a defective part, which only a professional plumber would have been able to tell. Khan was patient enough for me to run and get a replacement so that he could finish the job, which as a result, took longer than expected. I had a ground level toilet and sink back up. Called Genteel Plumbers and they came over in about 30 mins. They diagnosed the problem and went to work. First they went at with the auger and then the power auger, neither worked. Went to the third option, which was the hydro blaster which got the problem solved. It actually turned out to that the main line out of the house was clogged. Took them about 90 minutes to complete the journey. Very professional in explaining the process and costs. Thank You for being an essential service during the Covid-19 pandemic. On April 1, 2020 your crew was excellent in fixing and replacing the leaky pipes under my sink. Everything works! I have been a customer with this company since 2017 for a variety of jobs: in 2017 the company, replaced the toilets in the master bedroom and hallway. The company problem solved the unexpected broken corroded pipes while installing the two toilets. This was no easy task and the work was completed in the same day. I am forever grateful for their work. The next repair in 2018 was the replacement of my water heater and it is working perfectly today. Then later in the year of 2018 there was a leak behind my washer and dryer which required remediation: removal of the growing mold and replacing the leaking pipes. The wall was restored and everything is working well. In 2018 my house also had a small leak in my sewer pipes and these were replaced too. in 2019, my kitchen sink's water connection flooded my kitchen.
