She responded to my initial message in January saying she would send it to me that week. She never did. I followed up an additional four times via Instagram and once via text. I have even called and left a voicemail. Nothing. Again I'm very sad to have to write this review but the customer service is really lacking which is NOT the initial impression I got from her while in her studio.
