After being a patron at this establishment for so long,the wife and I have for sure developed of preferences of massage therapists there.We are both big fans of "Kelly" and we both tend to ask for her availability whenever we call in for an appointment.Of course when we are going at the same time,I let my wife have the session with Kelly,so that has led me to have experienced many of the other therapists who are employed there.So I could say with pretty good confidence that I've never had a bad experience with any of the others,maybe some are a big stronger than others or maybe some have better techniques but overall I would say they are all pretty good at what they do. But this was by far the WORST service I ever received at any business. Due to soreness from athletics, I decided to book a one hour appointment. When I arrived, they took me back to a room and told me to wait. The employee then asks for my money upfront, which I thought was a bit odd, but nonetheless I paid anyway. About five minutes into the massage, the masseuse ran out to take a phone call. Three minutes later she comes in, still on the phone, and proceeds to massage my back with one hand, while talking on the phone with the other hand. About 10 min later the phone rings again. She runs out to get the phone, and proceeds to talk on phone for five minutes. She then enters the room and resumes the massage with one hand, while talking on the phone with the other hand. About 5 minutes later, says that she won't be able to give me the one hour appt as I booked. She says she needs to cut it to 45 min. She wraps up the massage about 5 min later and rushes me out. The massage was only about 30 min, and half of that time she spent it on the phone. I asked about receiving some of my money back, because I paid for a one hour massage. She hands me back $10. I was in disbelief when I walked back to my car. I couldn't believe that I actually just paid for that service. In closing, I'm not the type of person to complain. But I was so dissatisfied with my experience that I felt compelled to warn others.
