I told her multiple times that it was burning me and asked her to turn the temperature down, but she refused. On top of that, she didn't even remove all of the hair. When I politely pointed out the areas she missed, she responded with an attitude instead of addressing the issue professionally. I would not recommend this service. Professionalism, cleanliness, and listening to clients' concerns are essential, and unfortunately, this experience fell short in all of those areas.

I walked out of here covered with blue green turquoise wax (how many people can actually know the color of their wax unless it's left behind in big quantities) and still with hair that a Brazilian wax should have removed. After a wax I normally tip and walk out feeling like I'm on a cloud. Today I went home laid back and started taking pictures because I wanted to be sure I wasn't being over critical. 17 pictures later I'm disappointed at the time I wasted and won't get back. I don't know if the service was rushed because of a packed schedule since next appointment called in while I was there. She asked for next appointment to give her two minutes. Two minutes I was out the door. My only other thought was maybe the hair wasn't long enough for the wax. She could have said that in the beginning and I could have rescheduled. She is sweet and makes you feel comfortable. Definitely would recommend her to someone doing a Brazilian for the very first time ever. Comparison is the thief of joy and she made me miss my old regular waxer.
