When I opened the pool - the water level Was extremely low and it was obvious the liner was leaking. Lou doesn't answer or return calls. They installed a 2021 instead of a recent one- we saw the label after it was installed the next day. During the install after they put everything back together, my valve was now (cracked) leaking. It was working perfectly fine before they replaced the filter. They put silicone on it, and that didn't work. When I reached out about the valve still leaking . . He said it needed to get replaced and they were going to charge me to replace the valve that they broke. We ended up calling a different company to come out and replace the valve.
