He was reliable, communicated well and was very professional. We even left a favorable review on another platform bc we were so happy. However, that slowly changed. The communication got scant. I asked him why. He said "We have been busy". Pretty lame. But we stuck it out because hiring a good cleaner is brutal in our area. Ronie is young. We thought it was a growing pain. Then quality started slipping in obvious ways. For example, we asked him to clean behind things, which he said he would do, but never did. We even found a used beverage bottle a guest left under the sofa. Moreover, there was a major COVID no-no for which Ronie apologized *eventually* but not right away. It was so bad that we would have had to do a full refund if a guest saw it. I had to go back in and resanitze everything. Furthermore, there was a half drunk gallon of water left on the kitchen counter. Ronie said he had put in the trash but that his helper "must have brought back in". Bizarre. It would have been the first thing a renter could see. The kitchen was filthy. He said his helper "couldn't get the sink clean". We cleaned it in two minutes. There was food stuck to the counter. (I have videos and photos of everything.) He also did not know or care that we send him the new lock code. He got pissy when he had to wait for us to remind him we already sent it. I had to give it to him again anyway. He ended up refunding us for this cleaning. But still, I don't want our money back, I want my business clean. I don't go home to clean up after the cleaner. After this incident, he stopped responding to requests. He didn't pay attention to messages. Then he just stopped calling back and responding to texts period. With a lot of rentals on the calendar we were high and dry. Because of this we cannot recommend NSA. You can do better than this millennial prima donna. We have a new company that we use now and they're great. Use at your own risk.
