Very unprofessional, condescending and outright rude from someone who serves the public. SMH. Spoke to an associate concerning this matter the following day and he said quote "he's been rude to several patrons that I've seen since he's been here". I'm one of a few in charge of a multi million dollar company and this matter would have been addressed immediately. Update: 5/14 I've tried on several occasion's to give associates my cell number so the owner herself can respond and so far crickets. Very disappointing.

Really? Why not you? "I have to watch the store", which seems tough to do if your watching me self checkout. RED VEST then called for the manager on the intercom who 3-4-5 minutes later never showed up, called the front or even acknowledged the page... ZIP-Nada-Nothing. QFC has once again proven not only are their prices higher than any other store, but their CUSTOMER NO SERVICE is second to none! I finally told the Red Vest enough and we parted with his "Have a nice day." I went to Safeway (1 minute drive from QFC) and continue to do so, without having to self checkout. Almost any glitch can be forgiven, but POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FOREVER.

Additionally, I travel with a service dog and the staff here is knowledgeable about the ADA guidelines. If you also travel with a trained medical dog, then you know how rare this is. They always support me with my tasks, are quick to stop other customers who would interfere with my dog and I, and have asked people who misrepresent untrained animals as service dogs to leave when their animals were aggressing my trained working dog. Many public employees will not do this; the fear of litigation and uncertainty about the law make many hesitant to stand up for valid service teams. Their assistant manager, who I believe is called Alan, is AWESOME.

They did not have even one single cashier lane open, only self check-out. I am disabled with a brain injury and I really struggle with navigating that process. I asked an employee about a cashier, and she was so rude and told me to self check-out. When I explained it was difficult, she told me I could ask her fellow employee who was finishing up helping an elderly gentleman at the self check-out register. This guy was so rude telling me flatly to use the self check-out and waved me away. When I explained it was too difficult for me, he flatly told me I could stand around and wait 10 minutes for a cashier lane to open (apparently they were on break at 9am) while he stood around and did nothing. I was considering just leaving my full cart there and leaving, but the woman at the customer service desk who had overheard all of this was nice enough to come over and open a cashier lane to assist. Then to top it off... the cart scenario. Their parking lot is always full, narrow and hard to navigate so I always park on the side street. I was pushing my cart to my car to unload and as I was just about to go on the sidewalk outside of their parking lot (where I was parked), the cart locked up on me. It would not move. They must have some automated lock system that doesn't allow you to take the cart out of a certain area. So I was left with trying to carry 2 full bags and 2 boxes of canned bubble water by myself. I had to just leave some of it on the side walk and come back for it hoping no one would take my $200 worth of groceries I just bought while it was unattended on the sidewalk so I could make multiple trips. What a nightmare.

They always go out of their way to help me pick a pair of glasses that I love. Destiny has helped me almost every time I go in and we always have a good visit when I do. She's kind and helpful and always gets me nice glasses that I can afford. Eleanor is very helpful too. I never feel rushed and I never feel they are only there for money, they treat patients like family. Dr La is an good Dr who takes time explaining my eye issues (I have a few) I give this place 5 stars for many reasons.

The phone service representative, chunky lady with red hair and facial piercings is a terrible…read moreemployee, and a terrible human. Lied to my grandmother about her phone being broken, told her she had to buy a new phone, didn't give her any options for discount or trade in, and sold her a 750ish dollar phone. My grandma fixed the "broken" phone herself (it was stuck on zoom in mode) and tried to return the new phone. The lady refused to do it, stated it couldn't be returned there, and yelled at her until she cried and left. I had to get involved, I asked for help while she was playing with her phone, she rolled her eyes and sighed, I told her we wanted to return the phone and she rolled her eyes and sighed again. Made a lot of snide comments and had a terrible attitude and tone. She took it back, while lying to the person on the phone she had to talk to to do the return process of why the phone was being returned. Afterwards she told us she wasn't going to reactivate the old phone, and since we made her return the phone she's going to deactivate my grandmother's account. We immediately went to verizon and had them reactivate the old phone for us since she refused. We left verizon with the phone working and I thought we were done with the ordeal. The next day i tried to call my grandma and sure enough the lady was true to her word, and the phone line was disconnected. I Called verizon and they told me that it was disconnected today due to "customer request" even though that's not something we would have requested. I think she said her name was kaitlyn or katrina or something with a K. She's vindictive and awful for putting my grandma through that. I will tell everyone I know not to buy phones or anything else from walmart while that person is in the store. I am livid at the treatment that was received.
