Since 1990 my family had come to this farm for pumpkins, produce and garden needs every year when we are staying at our cabin. It is so disappointing that they now charge for the tractor/hay rides, animal viewing and hay maze. It doesn't make sense why a mom and pop farm would want to shy away from the values they once held. I understand the need to expand because of increased for traffic, but not how much they are capitalizing on every-little-thing. Forget about parking in the lot on a popular weekend, just park on the street somewhere and walk. Their ICE CREAM is a must try, the Pistachio/Espresso is delicious. The homemade SALSA and PICKLED ASPARAGUS is pretty fantastic too.

We went on a school trip had lots of fun it was raining and muddy but we were prepared for that so jumping in puddles was a must picking a pumpkin and having some lunch in there enclosed area with all the kids was perfect they have some food venders but only on weekends so if planing on having a lunch bring your own they do have a little store we're you can get snacks or ice cream or a hot cup of noodle soup

Great selection of plants and an enjoyable place to shop. We drive out from Olympia because the prices are good and plants are healthy and the staff is knowledgeable. They have a little fruit and veggie store also where you can you grab an ice cream cone too :) They stock little bit of this and that such as wine and cougar gold cheese, jams.

How fun! I would love to come here during the fall... The produce is fresh and cheap. The nursery is huge, tons of options for anything you're looking for ( in season). It is worth the trip out here if you live in Bremerton/ Kitsap area. My girlfriend and I came here while staying at Mason Lake and it makes for a fun morning adventure. Their are a couple cute shops along the route, as well as Alderbrook and the Robin Hood resort. Definitely make a stop if you are in the area.

If you are a small group and don't want to have a whole meal, the farm shop is a faster and more affordable option! I had an incredible experience - we got u-shuck oysters, and they provided a bucket with ice, gloves, a small towel, and an oyster knife. They provided written instructions and came by the table and offered to help too. It was truly an amazing experience getting to see where oysters are harvested and try out shucking them yourself! Highly recommend.

Because honestly, I wish it was a five-star review. So close! First, the service is 100 percent a five-star review. Such friendly happy staff. Everyone is smiling and you can tell happy to be there. I haven't experienced a workplace environment like this in a long time. Maybe because the view is outstanding. Right on the waterfront, outside, plenty of room, air flowing freely, and just stunning. The ambiance is of joy and happiness to be there. The food left a little bit to be desired. So I will use a rating system I don't usually use in my reviews. Half a dozen raw oysters, 8/10, should have ordered the grilled oysters that I was originally craving. bread and butter, 7/10, surprisingly the butter had little flavor despite its vibrant orange color. Real butter with salt would have been better. Seafood chowder with clams and shrimp, 10/10. My favorite of the three items I ordered this was the most delicious. But the experience is so amazing! And I will absolutely be back. And next time I might reserve a wood triangle because it is probably a really fun spot to sit on a cold day snuggled up with a blanket and a bowl of seafood chowder. There is a small food truck frying up French fries, oysters and making more items. You order there separately and sit in the area up front closer to the street side of the restaurant. I noticed families bringing fried goodies back to their wood tent style tables. Those tables need to be reserved in advance. They do have walk in tables which are communal. I sat at one of those as a solo diner. I noticed several of the special tables open though and I believe you can walk in for those. I believe they cost $75 and include a dozen raw and dozen grilled oysters and have a time limit. That's all I got! Enjoy life and treat yourself! SYOY!

Estrella's Cheese can be found at Beecher's Handmade Cheese, DeLaurenti, Whole Foods, Madison Market and The Cheese Cellar. My fiance' and I had signed up with a tour group sponsored by The Edgewater Hotel. We met at the Hotel around 8:00am and joined an intimate group of 6 which included a couple visiting Seattle, a father and son duo, the Chef and our Tour Guide. The tour provided transportation and a boxed lunch courtesy of the Chef. The ride down to the Creamery would average around 45 minutes to an hour so Chef supplied a well planned out game which he tested our knowledge on cheese and congratulated the winning team with Max McCalman & David Gibbons book "A Connoisseur's Guide to the Worlds Best Cheese". We didn't win. :( boo. lol Arriving around 9:30am, we were greeted by the entire Estrella Family. Kelli led the tour which took us through their entire operation to how they raise and milk their cows and goats and the cheese cellar where we got a chance to see more than a decade of cheeses. After the tour of the farm, Kelli brought us into the factory. Sanitized, capped and booties on, we were ready to make some cheese! It was so much fun! Having the chance to be a part of the process was amazing! After cleaning up, we headed outside where Kelli surprised us with wine and a table spread of cheeses. It was so fresh! I have never tasted cheese with so much flavor and definition. You could taste the freshness of the farm and the care they take in the process. At the end of the tour, we made sure to bring home a bag of this organic goodness and not to mention, made some great new friends. What a great day! :)

I swiftly descended upon and scooped up a bottle of Oahacan Old Fashioned chocolate and chili bitters for mixing into some whiskey back home, completely oblivious that it said to mix with Mezcal on the bottle, but it worked really well my way, so no complaints! This is the sort of shop where I would spend far too much money on a regular basis, so I'm slightly thankful that I would have to drive five hours to get back here. Hopefully the residents of Langley are wealthy enough to keep a fantastic small business like this running year round, so I can come back during our visit next year, and be charmed all over again!

I had the pleasure of meeting Llewyn Merrill, the sales manager, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He freshly shucked oysters for us right on the spot for only $3 each, and there was no minimum order. The oysters were fresh, delicious, and definitely worth trying. We also picked up several baked goods, including the cheese bread and a plain croissant, both of which were very good.
