Those smoked pork chops are on the 4th of July menu this coming Saturday. But the flank steak was OUTSTANDING!!! The lady who helped us was more than friendly (I think a sister of either Kim or Lynn.) This is definitely going to be on our regular places to visit. Everything looked great! Today my wife said she'd like to go there & try one of their sandwiches. I texted her my order. On her way home she asked me if I knew a Denise (last name witheld). My wife told Denise while she was preparing our sandwiches that we had just moved to BC & found this place. She asked what I did & where I worked. Denise's eyes lit up. Sure I know that Yankee! Reference due to my wife's strong southern Alabama accent. Denise is one of my favorite people that comes into where I work. She always makes my day when she comes in & today made my wife's day..ALONG WITH A SUPERB SANDWICH!!! I can't recommend this place high enough! Fantastic meats, homemade fixin's & a friendly customer oriented atmosphere makes Kim & Lynn's well worth the stop.
