The staff is friendly and you can tell they take pride in everything they make. All of the dessert items looked beautiful and delicious. I was there to try the food though. I order a pastor taco and a chorizo taco. First, the presentation was phenomenal. They include red and green sauces, grilled onions, roasted jalepeno, cucumbers, limes and radishes on the side. Out of the many, many Mexican restaurants I've tried since moving to MI 3 years ago, this is the first place that included garnish on the side. The food and presentation reminded of Las Vegas, where I'm from. The pastor meat is tender and flavorful. The chorizo is full of flavor and not dry. Other places drain the chorizo which causes it to lose a lot of flavor. The chorizo was exactly the way I like it. Overall, I will be back to try other menu items.
