I don't usually write reviews, but Becky absolutely deserves recognition. I live almost 45 minutes away, and I happily make the drive to this Sprouts location because of her. Every single time I visit, Becky greets me with the warmest smile and the kindest attitude. She's not just checking people out..she's making customers feel valued and appreciated. No matter how busy the store gets, she stays patient, cheerful, and genuinely friendly. She remembers little details from previous visits, which makes every trip feel personal and special. It's rare to find someone who can make a grocery run such a bright spot in your day, but Becky does that every single time. Sprouts is lucky to have her, and I sincerely hope her management team knows what a gem she is. Employees like Becky are the reason I'll continue driving out of my way to shop here. read more

I went to get quesadilla supplies (deli fresh shredded chicken, and Mama Queso's white queso w/ hatch chilis), and I was grabbing some produce and was eyeballing some plumcots and told my partner I never tried it and wondered how it tasted. Sprouts is a small version of Whole Foods. There's a strong emphasis on fresh and organic foods but Sprouts has little of the fresh, made-in- store meals and sides of its larger competitor. The produce section is the store's focal point, taking up what seems to be 20-25% of the retail space. Fresh is also the emphasis in the meat/seafood department. A bulk food section has lots of nuts, grains, snacks, and candies. Due to COVID there's no dipping into communal bins for the amount you want. Everything is bagged for you. So, really, there's no bulk foods section. Sprouts and the Midwestern chain, Fresh Thyme, look so much alike I thought perhaps the two were part of the same company. read more

Normally, I have a really good experience at sprouts, which I shop at least once a week. A member of their team had me waiting at the checkout with all of my things Unloaded for a few minutes. Not too big of a deal. What really rubbed me the wrong way was she walked up and did not even look me in the eye or say a word. The only thing she asked was if I wanted a bag or not. No apologies for making me wait or Smalltalk to make the awkward situation a little less awkward. It was very weird and like I said, one of the first times I've ever had a bad experience with their staff. The staff was probably 5'7, shoulder length brown hair, female. She sucked. read more

Sprouts is one of those places that I don't go to nearly enough. Their produce is undoubtedly the freshest and best in Owasso, hands down. With a huge variety of regular and organic products, you can usually find all the routine vegetables there, and occasionally some of the more exotic ones (purple and orange cauliflower, anyone?). They have a huge assortment of herbal and natural products, as well as a much appreciated selection of alternative products that you usually have to go online for, such as palm heart noodles, which are a GREAT sub for regular pasta when you're watching the carbs. The meat selection is pretty large for a store this size, as well as the seafood choices. The deli puts out some seriously good pre-made stuff, and the rotisserie chickens are a great way to get a fast dinner on the table. The people are always friendly and helpful, so that makes it a great spot to get groceries without having to go to the bigger grocers in town. read more

I love their produce selection - it is the best in town! great prices, great produce, great selection! the organization of the store is very helpful although each store is a little different so don't be afraid to ask for help in finding an item - the employees are super friendly! I love their store flyer dales - Wed thru Wed, so the deals overlap on Weds and sometimes the previous week saves you a little more than the new produce price the next week. They have one of the largest selections of Talenti Gelato and Sorbet - soo yummy!! I usually go for their strawberries, blackberries and raspberries - sometimes they are on sale for 2/$5 or even 2/$4 - so keep an eye out!! I also love their spinach salad pricing - way cheaper than even walmart!! One last thing, if you're needing swiss cheese for your favorite dish (mine is quiche) buy it there in blocks and shred it yourself, splurge and get the better quality swiss cheese - it definitely makes a difference! read more

I have shopped at this place since the door opened. No problems. Until today. A fellow named Sam. We arrived at the register and had time to load every item on the belt while Sam didn't acknowledge our presence. When he finished his conversation with 2 other employees he just turned around without looking up or apologizing. We interrupted his day. He threw the items into bags and took my cash. I held my hand out to get my cash. He didn't count it out...just ignored my hand and places the change and receipt down on the register stand in front of me. As we were leaving I asked.."Are you having a bad day?" He said "Nope." And then went on about his next customer. Didn't ever offer any form of courtesy or respect. He must think he is pretty special. I called and spoke with Alyssa the manager, and she listened to my complaint. Not sure if I will go back. read more

Today in Sprout's I noticed boxed kid's lunches however all of them contained bread that me and my daughter are allergic to, as well as cheese that I'm allergic to and then almond peanut butter (plus it was on white bread). Me and my daughter are both allergic to all nuts. I went to the deli...spoke to a Caucasian older lady with short hair. I told her the boxed lunches were really nice and I wanted to know if it would be possible for customers with allergies to have sandwiches made with different "bread"? She said, she was aware the boxed lunches were popular because they sale really well and no....the bread cannot be changed. She had a crap attitude about it. I asked for a manager. I explained to him that 1). There are not a large variety of places to eat in the Owasso when individuals have many allergies , Tulsa and BA area. 2). Places like Panera $7 half sandwich and Zoe's Kitchen charge $8 for a medium sandwich only. 3) So, yes I'm upset when I come to a store and try to save money....only to get your rude employee. Plus what is so hard about your deli using a different bread in a lunchbox when Sprout's sells both "gluten free" and "sourdough" breads? Drove and hour to go was so excited to finally get here. But the prices on stuff kinda shocked me. I could get the same name brands such as Dave's Killer breads for a dollar a loaf cheaper. Was impressed by the fresh California rolls and their fresh sushi that day. Same Horizon organic milk back home just cheaper etc etc etc was nice though to see the diversity . Great buy on corn on the cob. But for no more than I spent and what it cost to go that far I probably will not be going back. Some of the help was pleasant some non verbal and unsmiling and one downright rude. Was wishing for a better outcome. And because I found fresh sprouts I will give this place 3 stars instead of 2. read more

One day after shopping at Sprouts, I came home to put away my groceries. I noticed an entire uncooked chicken in one of the bags (that I had not purchased.) I called the store to report the error, and the rep told me to go ahead and keep it since it was store error! It apparently had belonged to the customer in front of me and was accidentally forgotten. Instead of asking me to bring it back, they blessed me with a dinner. I think that was very nice customer service! On a side note, I have bought a few things that I didn't realize were past expiration date, so just check that before putting in your shopping cart. ;) read more

I love Sprouts, I shop there every week. But...it's so disappointing when I go in and they don't have any yogurt parfaits made and won't make you one when you buy them all the time. They should have those everyday. Also they discontinued my favorite salad, the garden salad. The easiest one to make, they have meat salads but I am a vegetarian. read more

The old lady checking my groceries yesterday afternoon could not have been more unpleasant to me. I point to her age, so she can be easily identified. I'm not that young either. I made a few attempts at pleasantries & she completely blew me off, not even one word! I'm not sure what the issue was, because I'm known for being cordial & its JUST A FLIPPING GROCERS!!! Sprouts needs to put workers that don't want to interact somewhere that isn't the front of your store. I definitely will think twice before going again. Whole Foods isn't THAT far away! read more

Just had a horrible experience. Went off in a corner well over "6 feet" away from anyone to answer a phone call. Pulled my mask down so my wife could understand me. An employee walked by and very rudely said "you need to pull your mask up sir". I said I can't while I'm on the phone. She then talked to me like I was a piece of garbage and yelled for the whole store to hear "then don't talk on the phone or leave the store". I addressed it with the manager there but really felt it was not resolved or that he really cared. I pulled my mask down just for moments so my wife could understand me over the phone, And to be yelled at and embarrassed that way. I could not identify to the manager the lady that did it because she never stopped walking. Horrible experience. Horrible customer relations. I have seen similar complaints on google so apparently I'm not the only one. read more

Nice store, but some of the teenage girls that work here seem to have nothing better to do than to gossip about customers. I came in the exit (which isn't marked as such), and a girl came over to me and told me that it was the exit. I politely replied "Okay, cool. Thank you". As I was already through the double doors of the store it seemed counterproductive to go out and come right back in. I understand to maybe be annoyed with such as this is a relatively higher-end grocery store, but when this girl called over 2 fellow female (teen) coworkers to gossip and gawk at me during my entire shopping experience-- I found this appalling. They glared at me as I exited while I smiled back. I am thoroughly disgusted with the amount of entitlement, rudeness, and lack of work ethic (as I see gossiping must be more important than working) with these workers. It is a nice store with good selection of organic products. While other staff is welcoming, these three girls made me realize how some people really have nothing better to do than to complain & treat others as inferior. read more
